The house is decorated in an eclectic style of fine art, antiques and museum quality furniture built by reknown designer/maker Gary Van Rawlins, co- owner of Ponder Cove. Rooms are furnished with double jacuzzis, in room fireplaces, refrigerators, Direct TV and VCR's, phone, fax and computer available for your convenience. Fluffy robes and fine linens finish the package that awaits your indulgence.

Rooms/Suites

The HERITAGE is a large 20 x 30 foot room which houses a king (can be accomodated to 2 twins) sized bed. A private porch, wood burning stove, double shower in an Americana setting of antiques and plaids. Against the pine walls make this suite the perfect home away from home.The MADISON is a quaint room with a spectacular en suite bath that measures 10 x 15 feet. Perfect for housing the double jacuzzi and reading chair. This room has a fireplace and a queen bed handcrafted by Gary. The FRENCH BROAD has a king sized bed, fireplace and a chaise lounge overlooking the double jacuzzi. This room fondly called the honeymoon suite welcomes the sun in the morning as it peeks through the trees.

Leaving Asheville, take the 19/23 (Future 26) North. Pass Weaverville, Mars Hill. Then take exit 9. Go right towards Burnsville. Go 4.2 miles. At the 3rd church that you pass on the right. Take a right onto Bethel Circle. Go to Ponder Creek Rd. and take another right. Go one mile. Take a left into the drive when you see our sign. Climb to the top. Heaven awaits you.
