Surrounding Area

Torrevieja is a fast developing Mediterranean coastal town situated approximately 30 miles from Alicante on the Costa Blanca, in the south east of Spain. The nearest airports are Alicante (El Altet) which is about 35 minutes away and Murcia (San Javier) which is about 30 minutes. It is easily accessible due to the main N322 road and the A7 motorway.


There are numerous glorious beaches, as you would expect in the Torrevieja area. La Mata, La Zenia, Playa Flamenca, Los Locos, El Cura and Lo Ferris to name just a few. These are some of the best (blue flag) beaches in the Mediterranean and most have entertainment area for children, volleyball nets, bars and restaurants. Plus of course, golden sand and crystal clear water. The climate and the beaches lend themselves to a variety of water sports like water skiing, wind surfing and surfing.


The International Sports Marina also offers facilities for yachting and diving. Paragliding is also very popular in the area and there a couple of centres just up the coast at Santa Pola. The town also has a new Sports Palace which is a state of the art complex with facilities for most sports, such as squash, football, swimming, badminton, basketball etc. It really is a very impressive and stylish building. The Aqua Park has lots of water slides suitable for all ages and is well worth a visit

There are plenty of bars and restaurants within a stone's throw of the apartment for that pre and after dinner drinks with some offering nightly entertainment. And just a 10-minute walk from the promenades, harbour and bustling town centre, with its exciting nightlife

The location of this Apartment is perfect for a great family holiday and within a Ten minute walk you have the choice of some of the finest beaches on the Costa Blanca.

In the main area of the villa you will find a dining area with table and 4 chairs and the Large lounge area is equipped with two settee's, (one is a bed settee for 2) , TV with Uk channels and sun terrace with view of the lake.

From the roof terrace you have a beautiful view of the lakes and mountains.

Please note that a 20% reservation deposit is payable on booking, and the balance is payable 6 weeks before your holiday. All credit card payments will incur a 4% surcharge. There is also a returnable damage deposit. Price include's electricity, water and linen, except beach towels.
