Surrounding Area

Tiliva Resort is on Kadavu, Fiji's fourth largest island, accessible by a 45 minute flight from Nadi Airport or from Suva Airport. Kadavu is widely acknowledged as one of Fiji's most unspoilt islands. There are no banks, no roads, no pollution, all transport is by boat. It has lush rainforests, exotic wildlife including the Kadavu Parrot. The resort itself is situated approximatley ten minutes from the Astrolable Reef and Waisomo Marine Reserve, the only reserve on Kadavu.

Accommodations

There are six spacious and well appointed bures nestled in the trees for privacy. They are situated only yards from the resort's white sandy beach, all having magnificant views across the bay to Ono. The bures are fully tiled throughout, have en-suite facilities, ceiling fans, private verandas and 24 hour electricity. The main building houses the restaurant, bar, reception and has a small library together with board games.

Rooms/Suites

Each bure is very secluded nestled in the trees with its own private veranda. They all have full ensuite facilities, tiled throughout, ceiling fans and are built in typical 'Fijian style with high ceilings. All the doors and windows are meshed to prevent insects entering the bure. They are serviced on a daily basis.

Amenities

The resort offers diving, kayaking, snorkelling, fishing, bush walking and guided tour through the rainforest to the waterfall. There is also a tour with the local medicine man explaining past and present uses of the many trees within the resort which provide medicine for the locals. There is one large restaurant together with a bar, reception, lounge and a small library.

Services Offered

Guests can dine in the main restaurant or on the veranda of the dining room, but for privacy guests can have a candlelit dinner on the veranda of their own bure. The honeymoon bure offers a candelit dinner on the veranda overlooking the sea . We have a fully licenced bar offering beer, wine, spirits and soft drinks.

F$238.00 per person per night for double occupancy of a bureF$300.00 per person for single bure.The price includes all meals, cooked breakfast, lunch and three course dinner, round trip transfer from Vunisea Airport on Kadavu and government tax. Minimum stay three nights

Directions

Flights daily from Nadi International Airport to Vunisea Airport on Kadavu. The flight from Nadi takes approximatley 45 minutes and the flight from Suva approximately 30 mins. At Vunisea Airport you will be met by the Resort's boat for a free transfer to the resort.
