The entire property is non-smoking. No pets. Not suitable for children under 12 other than infants. A complete set of bedding and bath linens can be provided for $25.

Winter Rates: After Easter to October 31: $105.00 U.S.D. per night, $95 per night for two nights or more.
Summer Rates - October 31 to after Easter: $140.00 U.S.D. per night, $130 per night for two nights or more.
