Its five minutes drive from the urbanisation of La Marina with a Large Supermarket and several bars some offering nightime entertainment, restaurants, and shops. A popular local market is held on Thursdays - again within 10 minutes drive of the Villa, which is great for all those holiday souvenirs and presents for the family. Spend the morning strolling past the stalls, stop for the odd refreshment or two and then buy a roasted chicken from the stall and venture back home for lunch.

The kitchen is separate and features a range of luxury built-in units with electric oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a utility area with washing machine and drying area. All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect.

In the main area of the villa you will find a dining area with table and chairs.

Two bathrooms, one bathroom with shower, bath, WC and wash hand basin. Second bathroom has shower, WC and wash hand basin.

The Swimming Pool is 10 x 5 metre with roman steps and is surrounded by spacious terraces with sun lounges, table and chairs, there is also a barbecue. Roof terrace, which is accessed by external staircase and has stunning panoramic country views.
