Boca del Rio is in the Great River area of Montego Bay..This fantastic villa with a private tennis court is mere minutes from Downtown and the airport.
Boca del Rio offers 8 bedroom + 1 bdr, 9 bath , pool, great ocean view, large screen TV , pool tablem private tennis court , full staff and only 5 minutes walk to the water.
It has a game room with a pool table. There is a large screen TV, wet bar, 2 large living areas and amenities galore.

Vacation Rental Property

Laid out in 3 stories there is ample space for large gatherings. As you enter the villa, the grand foyer with sitting areas is the first thing that will meet your eye. There is a sweeping staircase, stone work and an indoor garden. The bedrooms are all very large and can accommodate anywhere from 2 to 4 people Also on the main floor you will find a living/dining area, powder room and up a couple of steps is a very modern kitchen with a flat top stove, side by side fridge with an ice maker and all appliances. The sitting area has a large balcony with an ocean view. There is also a bedroom with a queen size bed and own bath

On the second floor is the very large living room with wet bar, 56' TV, pool table in the gaming room, giant terrace with views of Montego Bay, another powder room and 4 bedrooms all with A/C and ceiling fans. 2 of the bedrooms have queen size beds. One has a small couch and the other with chaise lounge. Of course they have their own full bathrooms. Bedroom # 4 has 2 double beds and adjoins to bedroom #5 with a queen size bed both with their own full bathrooms.

The third floor features a small office area with desk and another sitting area. Bedroom #6 has a queen bed, A/C ceiling fans, #7 has 2 double beds with a chaise lounge as well. The Master bedroom is in a class by itself. It is huge, has a king bed and a sitting area with couch, walk in closest and a hyper modern, black and white bathroom with an ocean view Spa tub and large shower. There is a double vanity counter and separate toilet.

Bedroom #9 is next to the pool, very private and naturally has a full bath, A/C and ceiling fans. Speaking of the pool, it has a large deck, fabulous panoramic view of the ocean and Montego Bay making it a great spot for a cocktail party or any type of gathering.

The villa sleeps comfortably up to 24 guests and a great place to hold a wedding, family reunion, professional seminars or just have a group of friends enjoying a wonderfull care free vacation.

Amenities

Perfect for large family reunions, this large 9 bedroom villa has a games room with a pool table. There is a large screen TV, wet bar, 2 living areas and many amenities.

There is a full size tennis court and observation gazebo on the grounds. It is for the exclusive use of Boca del Rio guests.

The villa is only 15 to 20 minutes from downtown Montego Bay, very accessible to the nightlife, shopping and Hip Strip.

Services Offered

The villa offers daily services of a cook, maids, poolman and groundskeeper. The daily meal plan is available upon request. Airport Shuttle can be provided .
Discounted fee for Aqua park in Negril is alo provided with a rental.

Rates & Availability

The rates: Low season:start as low as $87 and High season : from $ 103 per room per night for 2 people, based on a full house occupancy .
The villa will allow you privacy with a minimum of 4 bedroom rental .
The rate also includes the services of the villa staff: cook, maid, groundskeeper, use of a tennis court and all the taxes.
