Surrounding Area

Benidorm is just 5km away, with its many kilometeres of clean beaches, nightlife, restaurants, bars and shopping. Alfas del Pi and its resort of Albir is about the same distance. It's a quieter place with its own cultural centre where there are regular concerts. Altea is 8km from the villa. It's a town famous for the arts and has superb restaurants, art galleries and a large concert hall. La Nucia, our local town, is a pretty place with a locally famous flea market every Sunday morning. The setting, overlooking nearby Polop town and the mountains is beautiful. And then we are just a few minutes from the much visited Guadalest and the nature trails of the Sierra Aitana.

Vacation Rental Property

Los Arcos is a two bedroom apartment in a private villa in La Nucia near Altea (8km) and Benidorm (5km). It has its own pool, a beautiful garden (850sqm) with fruit trees and flowering shrubs, a bathroom, a full kitchen, a large barbecue area and lots of seating that can be placed exactly where you want it. The two double/twin rooms accommodate four people and a there is a convertible sofa bed in the spacious lounge for a fifth. There is Astra satellite television and stereo radio in the lounge. Within 200 metres, there's a large supermarket, banks, restaurants and a bar. Also 200 metres away is a bus stop on the regular service route between Benidorm and Callosa. There is only a very small gradient on the villa's plot and the walk to the supermarket is only gently downhill. It's only 5km to the beaches in Benidorm and Alfaz del Pi.

Other Information

The garden is quite beautiful at all times of the year. There are fruit trees - lemon, orange, medlar, pomegranate, fig and walnut - and even a few prickly pears.

We are near to the CV70 Benidorm-Callosa road, just 5km from Benidorm. The nearest airport is Alicante, though Valencia and Murcia are within easy reach.
