Convenient to Downtown by car or bus at the corner, and to the "alternative life" of the Commercial Drive area, from the cosmopolitan ethnic shops and restaurants, to the bohemian life style of some of the residents. SHOPPING AND DINING - 8 blocks to supermarket, coffee bars, with convenience stores, restaurants, movie rentals on the way, a pleasant walk on a fine day. Major shopping centers are a transit ride away;. Parking in the downtown core is expensive. OCEAN and BEACH - False Creek, an inlet from Famous English Bay (Pacific Ocean) is 10km away; the beach at English Bay being fine sand with rows of huge cedar logs arranged yearly by the city as a back rest while sunning. A nice walk is along the Seawall path around Stanley Park ( 10k). Transit gets you there. Driving? - parking is scarce; metered parking on most streets - time restricted - Pay Parking only in metered parking lots. SKI RESORT, LIFTS OR RUNS - Grouse Mountain, Cypress Bowl are within 1 hour. Whistler/Blackcomb is accessible by train, bus (2 1/2 - 3 hours) and car (2 hours or less) if equipped with snow tires or chains in winter. These are all season resorts, with mountain bike trails and golf in the non winter months. Rates & Availability
Operates all year round. Seasonal rates for 1, 2, 3, people. Minumum single to $560/wk double. Canadian funds. CHECK IN/OUT - You may check in after 5pm and stay until 11am on your departure day.
Minimum booking 7 nights unless there are fewer nights between two other bookings, that may be available. Please inquire.

Other Information
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES - Credit Card required to guarantee the booking, with full payment due on arrival - cash, Bankers or traveler's checks. A credit card is required for a security deposit, but is generally not used to charge the rent. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival there is no refund unless re-rented.
