Vacation Rental Property

The Tilleul studio is in a renovated village house, two steps off the beautiful Place Du Tilleul. It is a house dating from the 1800s, with stone wall exterior, and vine and bougainvillea decorate the facade. Inside the traditional decor of visible beams, open fireplace have been conserved and special antique effects too, such as an old olive jar and stone washbasin.

Sleeps 2 (plus a child), studio therefore the living area converts into the sleeping area for the night. A comfortable extra large convertible sofa is provided. There is a dining area, a kitchen and a spacious bathroom.

Amenities

The kitchen includes a microwave oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fruit juice maker and all necessary cooking equipment. The bathroom has a bath, washbasin, WC and bidet.

Rates vary from 350 euros in low season - 440 euros in mid season and 495 euros in high season. Open all year round - for short or long stay.

Car parking can be made more convenient with a residents pass allowing entry to the interior of the remparts and free parking
