Altea, situated between the hustle and bustle of Benidorm and Calpe, the nearest airport is Alicante, approximately 45 minutes away. Protected from the cold winds by the mountains, Altea offers charm anchored in tradition. The Parish Church is at the top of the town in the old quarter, its huge dome covered with blue and white ceramic tiles, one of the most remarkable milestones on the Costa Blanca.

On the coast, there are high cliffs, coves and beaches of clean water. Altea is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings. As well as the diversity of arts and crafts in the local shops of the old quarter and market, the new Palau (theatre) offers a variety of plays, classical music and opera. There are cafes, bars and restaurants that cater to a wide variety of international tastes.

This two bedroom fully self-contained apartment is on the ground floor of a two storey well-maintained block, there is a swimming pool and garden, the beach is within a few seconds walk. Other Information

Marina Alcosta is ideal for all amenities, close to shops, supermarkets and good restaurants. The bus and train services are very reliable and comfortable, with services from Alicante to Madrid. There is a ferry service from nearby Denia to Ibiza. Terra Mitica and Aqualandia water theme parks are within 30 minutes drive and there are a number of golf courses in the vicinity. Visits to the many traditional Spanish pueblos are well worth while.
