Located a block off Duval Street in Windward Park, a community of 13 homes surrounding a 50 foot pool, Lone Palm is within walking distance of all the attractions and night life of old town and is a great place to come home to after exploring the wonderful sights that make Key West so unique.


The open concept floor plan consists of a living room with cable TV, VCR and 5 disc CD player and a queen sofabed for an additional guest. The dining area has seating for 6 and the slate breakfast bar seats 4. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances and accessories required by the gourmet cook, baker, snacker or entertainer. Two sets of french doors from the living/dining area open onto a private furnished deck with gas barbecue and five person hot tub/spa. A three piece bath with shower is also located on the main floor. The second floor offers a master suite with king size bed, lots of storage and an alcove half bath for extra privacy and convenience, a guest bedroom with twin beds that convert to a king and a large sky lit bathroom with tub and shower.

Other amenities include a washer and dryer, ironing board and iron, bedroom tv's, hair dryers in both bathrooms and one off street parking space.

Two Bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with twins that convert to king. Queen sofa bed in the livingroom.

Mainfloor has a 3 pc. bath with shower. The second floor bath has a tub and shower. A half bath is located in the master suite for added privacy and convenience. All linens are included. Sleeps 5-6.
