Beautiful Cohocton Valley is surrounded by verdant hills that render breathtaking colors every season of the year. Our river provides some of the finest trout fishing you will find anywhere and has public access for fishing enthusiasts. There is skiing less than twenty minutes away and Canandaigua and Keuka Lakes are only minutes down the road. We are not far from Stony Brook State Park or Letchworth either.

Accommodations

After being abandoned for fifteen years this five thousand square foot mansion with its four verandas has been restored and is now a historic bed and breakfast . On the grounds we have also restored the three hole outhouse, the smoke house and the awesome gambrel roofed barn. (Soon to be a gift shop.) Elegant, spacious rooms, all with private baths and each one with its own theme. .We have a family suite with two queen beds and an adjoining parlor for family travel (one of the few bed and breakfasts that welcome children), and a romantic jacuzzi suite for honeymoons and romantic getaways.All of our rooms have private baths and coffee just outside the door when you awaken.

Directions

From South - Exit 2 at Cohocton from I-390. In center of village take 371 North. proceed 2.2 miles. Villa is on left.
From North- Take 21 South from Naples to North Cohocton. Proceed straigt at interesectin on Route 371 South. Villa is 2.4 miles on right.
