Mindarie's beautiful beach is only 5 mins walk from SeaScapes, via a shaded park walk, which also has a BBQ and picnic area.

Mindarie Keys Marina is a relaxing place to spend any time of the day with 2 cafes, a restaurant and a tavern all with the best possible views of the marina. The marina is only 10 mins walk from SeaScapes via pathways.

Accommodations

Our large two level house has 3 guest bedrooms in total and was built in 2000. A unique feature is the 40m of decking surrounding the house, leading to an elevated lookout, from which Rottnest Island can be seen.

Each room has its own private ensuite bathroom, walk-in-robe, air-con and upstairs deck access.


For families, we also offer our unique family suite which comprises two double rooms connected by the same ensuite bathroom - 2 adults and 3 children can be accommodated.

Route From Perth City (35 mins):

· Enter Mitchell Freeway heading North for Joondalup
· Continue to the end of the Freeway and turn left down Hodges Drive
· At the first set of traffic lights (Marmion Ave), turn right
· Continue down Marmion Ave for about 5km and turn left at the Anchorage drive roundabout
· Turn left at Long Beach Promenade
· Turn left down Savona Grove
· We're the second house on the left
