Eric's B&B has four studio apartments that each utilize the whole floor. Each unit has fully-appointed kitchen with dishwasher, stove, microwave, fridge. Cable TV and VCR. Queen bed or two twin beds. Futon in living room. Spacious bathroom.

Apartment V (Prinsengracht) - two floors with bedroom and bath on upper floor, dining, kitchen, living room on lower floor. Gorgeous view of Prinsengracht and Leidsegracht canals.

Apartments G, 2, 3 (G. Flinckstraat) - studio-style apartment with fully appointed kitchen, spacious bathroom. Open dining/ living area with screened sleeping area. Queen bed in Apt G, 2. Twin beds in Apt 3. Futon

Sorry, we cannot accomodate pets. Also, because the windows have no safety bars, no children below 12.
