Vacation Rental Property

This home is located in the cul-de-sac of Sunburst Drive in Sunburst Estates. The front of the house has a view of the ski runs coming down the mountain. Just put on your skis, and ski down the trail located just 5 meters from the driveway. The back of the house has views of the golf course and the village. There is a double-garage as well as additional parking in the level driveway. The village is just a five minute walk away.Relax in the hot tub after a day of skiing or in front of the fireplaces relaxing and enjoying stories from the day. This is a non-smoking home and no pets are allowed.

The 'main house' has 4 bedrooms - 3 queen-sized, and one with 2 sets of double/double bunk beds. This unit is perfect for 3 families vacationing together. This unit accommodates up to 14 people (perfect for 3 couples, and 8 children). The 'suite' has 2 bedrooms - 1 queen and 1 with a set of double/double bunkbeds. There is also a queen-sized sofabed in the living room. This unit accommodates up to 8 people (no more than 6 adults please) and has 1 bathroom (split with a door separating the 'toilet/tub' from the area with double sinks.

Amenities

Main House - the family room has a TV, VCR, stereo, telephone, fully-equipped kitchen, and a corner gas fireplace. The living room has a gas fireplace. There are 3 full bathrooms in the 'main house'. The bunkroom also has a TV and VCR. Suite - the living room has a VCR, TV, stereo, telephone and corner gas fireplace. There is a fully-equipped kitchen and 1 full bathroom (split with a door separating the tub/toilet area from the double sinks).

Rates & Availability

The 'suite' starts at $150/night + GST with holiday rates at $325/night + GST. The 'main house' starts at $275/night + GST with holiday rates at $750/night + GST.

Directions

From Vancouver:Take TRANS-CANADA HIGHWAY 1 eastbound from Vancouver. Choose the COQUIHALLA HIGHWAY to Kamloops. Approx. 3 � - 3 � hours.Once into Kamloops, take the HIGHWAY 5 EXIT northbound to Jasper. Approx. 25 kilometers. Look for signs to Heffley Creek and Sun Peaks Resort and turn right into Heffley Creek. Turn left at the Heffley General Store. There is a directional sign for Sun Peaks here. Proceed along this two-lane road up the mountain… all the way to Sun Peaks Village. Approx. 25 - 30 minutes.
