Surrounding Area

Vail and Beaver Creek ski and summer resort areas are in Vail Valley, Colorado. The ski mountains are both managed by Vail Associates, Inc. The lodging units we have access to are strategically located near hiking trails, chairlifts, shops and restaurants and summer outdoor ice skating.

Vacation Rental Property

We select properties ranging from 2 bedroom to 5 bedroom homes, condos and townhouses. They are selected for their quality.

Sleeps & # of Bedrooms

We can sleep up to 10 in a single unit. Bathrooms range from 1 to 5 depending on the size of the unit.

Amenities

All units have TV-vcr-dvd, kitchen, bathrooms, fireplaces and parking. Some have washer/dryer, hot tubs and swimming pools.

Services Offered

All units are housekeeping units with maid service only at departure unless special arrangements are made in advance.

Restrictions

All are non-smoking and non-pet units.

Rates & Availability

Rates range from $198/night to $1200/night for most units. A very large house might be more expensive. Availability provided upon request.
