The Jasmine Plantation Bed & Breakfast is located in Virginia's historic plantation country half way between Richmond and Williamsburg. It is conveniently located near the James River Plantations, Colonial Williamsburg, many golf courses, seasonal horse racing, sporting clays and fishing.

Accommodations

Each room at The Jasmine Plantation B&B has its own personality, and there are a number of common areas within the house including a Den with cable TV/VCR, a Parlor with fireplace, piano and pump organ, and a "Country Store" filled with Americana memorabilia. The 47 acres are filled with open fields and wooded land that house many deer, wild turkeys and other wild life. The B&B offers a porch, gazebo and deck for relaxing in the sun or stargazing at night.

Rooms/Suites

George Morris - Our most spacious and romantic room features a working fireplace, sitting area, TV/VCR and full private bath with claw foot tub and separate shower. This room features 19th centure antiques with queen size antique high cannonball poster bed.
Plantation Room - A spacious room nostagically decorated with antique farm tools and memorabilia. It features a queen size bed, gas fireplace, sitting area and private bath.
Jasmine Room - an elegant room with furnishing from the 1920's era. It features a queen size walnut bed and private bath.
Rose Room - This bright and lively room features beautiful walnut Victorian furnishings, a Queen bed, antique rose stencilling and private bath with whirlpool tub/shower unit.
John Morris - This room features the 1750's fireplace (now with gas logs) and full size rope bed. May be rented as a room with private bath or combined with the Brenneman room as a suite.
Brenneman Room - A bright, cozy room furnished with Victorian furniture and a queen sized bed. May be rented as a room with private bath or combined with the John Morris room as a suite.

Amenities

The Jasmine Plantation offers a large meeting room for small weddings, parties or business meetings. There are several groomed trails throughout the 47 wooded acres. The grounds and gazebo offer beautiful settings for outdoor events.

Services Offered

Full, hot breakfast served daily. A guest refrigerator (stocked with sodas, juices, and bottled water) and microwave oven are available in the 'Country Store.'

Restrictions

No Pets. Smoking is restricted to designated outdoor areas.

Rates & Availability

Room rates range from $90 to $150 per night, for 2 people. Gift Certificates are available.

Directions

From Hwy 295, take Hwy 64 east. Take exit 214 (Rte 155) taking a right at the end of the ramp. Go about 2.4 miles. Jasmine Plantation will be on the right.
