Fun-Filled Florida Holidays located in the heart of Central Florida in the Kissimmee/St Cloud Tourist area. Our home is a short distance from the world famous attractions, the Magic Kingdom, Sea World, Universal Studios, MGM Studios, EPCOT, just to name a few. And since we are located pretty much in the center of the state, you are just an hour's drive away from either the pure white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, or our world famous Daytona Beach. If your stay falls during a planned NASA Space Shuttle mission, why just step outside your home and watch the awesome show as our astronauts are hurled into space!

Vacation Rental Property

Our Beautiful home comes fully equipped with 2 car garage. Master bedroom has queen size bed en-suite bath with tv to watch during the evening hours. Second bedroom has a double which sleeps 2 and the 3rd bedroom has two twins . Second FULL bathroom is shared between the 2nd and third bedrooms. Both bathroom are supplied with hairdryers, sample soaps and toilet paper.Living room and dining room comforts for the whole family. Living room has full size tv and vcr. Dining room seats up to 6 guests. Ceiling fans thru out the home to help cool down even more during the summer months.Linens and towels provided for the whole family. Kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, automatic ice maker, utensils, pots and pans. Laundry area available including washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.The best part of all is the lovely private screened in pool which can be heated during the winter months.

Rates & Availability

Yearly rates starting as low as $99 nightly plus 13% Florida tax. Please add $20 extra for pool heat during winter months or when needed per day.We accept Mastercard and Visa, money orders and personel checks within the US and paypal.

Other Information

Check in is a 4:00 pm and checkout is a 10:00 am. Full refund if canceled at least 30 days prior to your arrival less deposit of $200.

Directions

On confirming your home all directions and maps will be sent to you in the mail or via fax. Also included is lock box number so you can go directly to your home.
