Nestled in the countryside of the ancient walled city of Cortona in Tuscany rests Villa Sant'Andrea, with 6 bedrooms and 6 and a half bathrooms, overlooking the Valdichiana and Monte Amiata. Located 1 hour south of Florence and 2 hours north of Rome, it is a perfect location for day trips to Siena, Assisi, and the wine country of Montalcino. Very convenient to trains, highways, shopping and cafe's, and the beautiful city of Cortona with it's fabulous restaurants and warm and welcoming people.

Beautifully restored and graciously furnished, the villa has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with comfortable bedding and furniture. Complete with 2 kitchens, 4 functional antique fireplaces, and wood burning oven. There is also a newly constructed in antique style, a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom Guest House with a kitchenette and roof-top terrace for dining alfresco. On staff gardener will gather the seasonal vegetables from our garden for you and our cook may be available for dining Tuscan style.
