Amid glorious black locust trees, the elegantly restored 1832 farmhouse is an unspoiled retreat from the world. Activities are abundant all year round in nearby Stowe, Waterbury and surrounding areas.

Accommodations

Our six pristine guest rooms, all with private bathrooms, are filled with a variety of amenities. Each room is unique, receiving our careful individual attention to provide you with a luxurious stay. At day's end, your beds, down comforter and plush pillows welcome you to a deep, restful sleep. Rooms are complete with guest-controlled heat, air conditioning, ceiling fans and private bathrooms. Some of our room amenities include a clock radio, custom bathrobes, down comforters & pillows, extra large bath towels, bathroom accessories and a hair dryer. Also while you stay with us every night there will be a little surprise that will make your stay fun, sweet or extra memorable. We take great pride in making each room an enchanting experience.

We have two living rooms for you to relax in & enjoy during your stay.
We have a collection of books, magazines, games, puzzles & videos.
The lower living room has a wood stove which can be viewed like a fireplace. We decorated our living rooms to make you feel right at home.
So relax and enjoy the comforts of a small cozy bed & breakfast.

Ashley's Rose Garden

A room that is full of romance. Ashley's Rose Garden is a corner room in the back with a queen-size bed, decorated in a Waverly wallpaper with a cheerful rose motif. The white Maltese cover and décor gives this room a romantic and heart warming atmosphere.

Sunrise

Catch the sun if you can! Sunrise is a corner back room on the main level with a king-size bed. It has 4 large windows that lets the outside come in.The handmade cherry wooden sleigh bed is covered with a white quilt. It's the largest room in the inn with a delicate Laura Ashley print.

Tea Garden

A spot of tea in the garden? Tea Garden has a queen-size bed and
an embroidered duvet cover with various flowers that will catch your eye.
Rabbits love to enchant this garden and one is all dressed up for a tea party. The Waverly wallpaper has soft blue flowers with a cream background.

Cozy Corner

Weeds? Not in this corner of the garden. Cozy Corner has a queen-size bed. The Waverly wallpaper gives you a feeling of being in the middle of a garden. This is a bright and airy room with some whimsical touches.

Birds Nest

A room that you can curl right up in. Bird's nest has a queen-size bed.
The Waverly wallpaper gives you a feeling of warmth and solitude.
Throughout the bedroom there are various eye catching bird sightings including a beautiful stained glass window.

Flower Garden

A garden of fun. Flower Garden is a room on the main level
with a queen-size bed. The bedroom is decorated with a Laura Ashley's wallpaper that brings the color of spring to you. A favorite to our guests is the bathroom. 2 steps down brings you there.

Restrictions

For everyone's comfort, smoking and non-resident pets are not permitted at the Inn. The Inn is appropriate for guests age 13 and above.
