The house was built in 1820, is Federal style, and situated on 300 acres of farmland. Penguin Crossing features 5 guest rooms, all nicely decorated with antiques. All have private baths. 4 have jacuzzi whirlpool tubs for two. Dining room has fireplace, living room has fireplace, 2 guest rooms have fireplaces.

Rooms/Suites

2 rooms feature Victorian decor and have queen-sized beds and heart-shaped jacuzzis for two. One room has wood burning fireplace, queen size four-poster bed and jacuzzi for two. The decor is "sophisticated country". One room is handicap accessible and done in a country style. It also has a fireplace.

Amenities

Free use of the local YMCA. All rooms are cable ready with modem hookups and desks.
