Our guides provide support as you trek the most remote backcountry of Grand Canyon Park. The guide cooks and provides interpretation of the natural and human history of the area. We will be camping in tents. . Extreme treks are expedition level, off trail, extended itineraries for experienced trekkers who wish to travel the most remote Grand Canyon.
Typical Day
We rise early and use the guide's route finding skills as we traverse remote trailless areas of Grand Canyon. Many (but not all) itineraries offer a last night at Bright Angel Campground with dinner and breakfast at Phantom Ranch and mule transport for gear on the last day.
