* OPTION COMFORT:
Rent of a whole appartment fully furnished with kitchen, living room with convertible sofa bed, TV (cable), most of them with terrace. Tea and coffee free for your breakfast. Usually for groups with a minimum of 4 persons, maximum of 20.

* OPTION ECONOMIC:
Rent of private bedroom(s) with shared facilities, but same cleanness as a Hotel. Fully equipped appartments, kitchen, living room, TV Tea and coffee free for your breakfast

Rooms/Suites

All the appartments we provide (for the option compfort or economic) are fully equipped and very comfortable, they are designed in order for you to feel completely at home and to have a closer idea of the real meaning of the Spanish Life.
In your bedroom you will find sheets, soaps and towels prepared for you.
In the majority of the apartments you will find Coffee maker, alarm clocks and individual heating.
You will find fully equipped bathrooms (all with Hot water) at a few short steps away from your bedroom you also have the possibility to rent a whole appartment (calling us) in case you prefer not sharing the facilities.

Most of the bedrooms are equipped with two comfortable twin beds, but for the welfare of the business men, we have also equipped some bedrooms with one or two big matrimonial beds, thanks for contacting us if you have any preference.

Many bedrooms have balconies with an attractive view on parks of Barcelona.
We also provide non smoking apartments.
The maintenance Section will be pleased to provide you with extra blankets or any other needs you would have without additional cost.
You will not be charged for the cleaning service of the appartment.

We give you tourist information about the city. We can inform you about the buses and the metro you have to take to go to any tourist attraction and offer you a map of the city.
We also give you free information about the restaurants, discos, theatre, shows, museums.We speak Spanish, English, French and Italian.

Other Information

Located in one of the most tourist areas of the city, close to the Congress Palace, the Shows and the Real Palace of Plaza España, Aparts B&B Barcelona, is located in a very well communicated area with all the other areas of Barcelona.
You will find parking within 50 meters of your apartment and bars and restaurants just down stairs.

Directions

All the apartments we provide are closed to the Plaza España, a safe area of the city center of Barcelona.
