Our waterfront wicker-furnished screened porch is the perfect place for a serene afternoon or evening. Just relax with friends or a good book and refreshments. Cable TV, VCR and a CD player in the oceanfront living room and Sand Castle Room.

Rooms/Suites

Sand Castle Room - Large king feather bed with sitting room, decorated in pastels and cream with sofa, chairs Cable TV/VCR, private bath, shower $150. Adjacent queen bedroom available to families on occasion for an extra charge of $35/person.

Perriwinkle Room - Romantic room features all white decor, handcraftd quilts, crocheted shams and lace edged curtains. King feather bed, private ensuite bath, tub/shower $10 a day for 2.

Beach Rose Room - Charmingly decorated with antique mahogany furnishings, white handcraftd quilts, crocheted shams and lace edged curtains, private ensuite bath/shower , queen featherbed $130 per day for 2.

Wonderful waterfront dining, and entertainment on PlymouthHarbor and Cape Cod Bay. Waterfront activities from whale watches, harbor cruises, to deep sea fishing, kayaking and more.
Swim and sun on our small private beach. Watch sea and shore birds in a virtual wild-life sanctuary. Deer, great blue heron and harbor seals aer welcome guests.

Directions from Logan Airport & Points North

(Exit airport, } following signs for I 93 South (MA Route 3)

(For those arriving during afternoon rush hour commute 4-7 PM
If you'd like to have dinner at Joe Tecces Ristorante, 61 N WASHINGTON ST, BOSTON, phone (617-742-6210) We recommend Joe Tecces, an old Italian family restaurant (they have non-Italian food as well) that's been there forever, because it has great food and ambience, reasonable prices for Boston, and is right on your way to here. Boston is presently all torn up for the Big Dig highway/harbor reconstruction project and rather difficult to get around by car if you don't know your way}
If you print out and bring these directions, you should manage fine.
Go through the toll booths, ($2 charge, have it ready), through the tunnel, staying to the right. When you exit the tunnel still keeping to the right, head straight, with the Tedeschi liquor store on your right. Joe Tecce's is approximately 1/2 mile on your right. It's easy to miss, as it is a rather unobtrusive brick building. Parking across the street.
Before you leave the restaurant, ask the easiest way to Route 93 /3 South.

(Route I 93 is also MA Route 3 at this point.)
Signs will say to Cape Cod. Follow Route 3 South (Route 93 goes right in Braintree. You stay left), following signs to Cape Cod all the way to Exit 2, Herring Pond Road. Don't get off at earier Plymouth exits. Take a right off the exit ramp onto Herring Pond Road, Then left onto Route 3A, passing the Sunoco station. Drive 2.3 miles, passing the Indian Head resort on your left. take second right, Center Hill Road, passing the tree nursery on your left. Take first right at Beach House sign, onto Harlow's Landing. Bear left at the fork onto Black Pond Lane. Proceed down this one-lane dirt road to the paved drive with the small white Beach House signs on each side. Parking is on the right or at the upper left corner. You can wheel your luggage up the paved path around to the ocean side of the house.

From the South and/or Southwest:
Take Route 95 into Providence, then Route 195 toward Cape Cod. Do not take Route 44 for Plymouth. That will bring you to the exact opposite end of Plymouth. tcontinue on 195 to Route 25. Take exit 2 Buzzards Bay. Follow the rotary around to the left, and take Route 6, which will bring you along the Cape Cod Canal. Take a left t at the overhanging traffic light by the Visitor Center, then left in front of the Bournedale Country Store onto Herring Pond Road til its end.
