The villas are located 60 minutes south of the Cancun airport and 30 minutes south of Playa del Carmen on the Mayan Riviera within a short drive of famous Mayan Ruins, many gorgeous beaches, golf courses, tennis courts, ecological parks, caves for exploring and the second largest barrier reef in the world for scuba diving and snorkeling.

Akumal is a quiet village for a perfect vacation with many amenities and activities: nine restaurants, a pizza parlor, ice cream shop, bakery, two dive shops, convenience stores, a "Kids Club" for babysitting, boutiques and gift shops, a concert stage, Health Center for massages and facials, bicycles to rent, an incredible lagoon to snorkel in and one of the prettiest bays on the coast with sugar white sand.




All 32 of our luxurious villas are on the Caribbean. Most have beautiful beaches and swimming pools, and all have modern kitchens, air conditioning and gorgeous furnishings. If you have from four to fourteen guests in your group, we can provide you with a private villa complete with a full staff of maid, gardener and cook.
