Surrounding Area

JAVEA (also known as Xabia)is a small and attractive port in the heart of the Costa Blanca. High-rise develpoment has been banned and it hence the most appealing coastal town in the region. The villa is located 5km out of town in a pretty and hilly area close to a spectacular cliffed coastline where there are rocky bays and pretty bathing beaches. The closest beach is appx 1.5 km and there some excellent local restaurants. A car is essential.

Vacation Rental Property

CASA (OR VILLA) AMARANDA is our Spanish family home where we live some of the year. It is furnished largely in traditional Castillan style and is fitted and maintained to an very high standard for a rental property.

The kitchen opens onto a dining area with a stone arch into the large sitting room. There is a fire place and central heating if necessary should it be cold in the winter! The roof terrace is great for early evening drinks or dining.

There is a 12 x 6 m pool, cleaned and checked twice-weekly high season with loungers, tables and chairs. Adjacent is an outside dining area plus barbecue/kitchen area.

Private parking for several cars.

Sleeps & # of Bedrooms

There are 4 bedrooms - 1 large double with king bed and three twin - with 2 bath/shower/wc rooms. Lots of hot water.

Amenities

No TV/VCR or stereo.

A good sized fully-equipped kitchen with full oven/cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, iron plus all usual kitchen accessories and lots of china and glass. There is a fire place and central heating if necessary should it be cold in the winter!
