This one bedroom, 1-1/2 bath unit with large private balcony overlooks the gulf and the swimming area. The complex features 2 pools, 2 kiddie pools, tiki bar, oyster bar, game room, his and her exercise rooms, hottubs, tennis courts, snack bar, laundry facilities and 24 hr. security.

This unit features a large bedroom with king size bed, bunk beds built into the hallway and a queen sofa/sleeper in the living area.

Amenities include satellite TV/VCR, phone, air conditioning, fullly equipped kitchen with mircrowave, dishwasher, small appliance, utensils, cookware, linen and towels. This unit has a large balcony overlooking the pool area.

Other Information

We require a $150-$400 damage/security deposit (depending upon the time of the year) within 5 days of reserving the unit. This is not applied to the rent.

Directions

From U.S. 231 turn West on US 98. After crossing the bridge, at the third light stay on "Scenic Route Alt. 98" and continue to the fourth stop light and turn left on Joan, turn right on Thomas Drive, the look for "THE SUMMIT" on your left.
