Paihia is in the Bay of Islands. A beautiful area full of history, activities and definitely for relaxing. Waitangi Treaty House and visiting Russell for history. Activities range from diving the 'Rainbow Warrior' and Bay Diving, day trips to the top of New Zealand 'Cape Reinga', sailing and power boat trips out amongst the Bay of Islands, Kayaking, Horse Riding, Swimming with Dolphins, Sky Diving to list a few.

Mayfair Lodge is a small, clean, friendly budget accommodation place to stay. All downstairs with parking. Share facilities with separate fully equipped kitchen, television room, pool table room. Kayaks, Bikes & Fishing Rods available for free use. Building has a long covered in verandah with plenty of table space and BBQ area. Internet & Laundry on-site.

Directions

Drive North above Auckland to Paihia (Bay of Islands). Keeping the sea on right, turn left at only roundabout in town and 100 metres down Puketona Road to Mayfair Lodge on Right side.
If driving south from the far north you would be on Puketona Road. Mayfair Lodge is on the left just before the roundabout and beach.
