Description - Oak Lane Bed and Breakfast
Surrounding Area
Located in historic Rockland neighbourhood walking distance to downtown Victoria, Craigdarroch Castle, Government House gardens and Antique Row. Rockland is one of Victoria's oldest and most prestigious neighbourhoods with many old mansions, beautiful gardens and trees. Virtually all of Victoria's attractions are within walking distance - leave your car at home!
Accommodations
Oak Lane B&B is a large, modern, custom-designed, west coast home with large windows and skylights throughout. The house is surrounded by Garry Oak, Western Red Maple, Cedar and other trees. While very convenient to town, visitors will enjoy this quiet, private, retreat
Rooms/Suites
Rooms are in a separate part of our home so guests choose the level of privacy they prefer. Rooms are spacious, bright, newly decorated, clean and comfortable. All rooms have queen beds. The Garden Room has a fireplace. All rooms have ensuite (private) baths. All rooms have TV/VCR, telephone and sitting area. Guest kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and all amenities.
Restrictions
We have two cats. We may host some pets - check with us.
No smoking is allowed.
We welcome all kinds of people to Oak Lane.
Rates & Availability
High Season (June 1 - September 30th) $125 Cdn.
Low Season (October 1 - May 30th) $90 Cdn.
10% discount for stays exceeding two nights.
20% discount for stays exceeding five nights.
Call for quotes on longer stays (weekly-monthly)
Visa or Mastercard # required to reserve a room.
7 Day Cancellation policy (1 night charge if we can't rent the room after a late cancellation).
