Surrounding Area

We are located just a half-mile south of the town of Kennebunk, within walking distance of casual or fine dining, and just a short two mile drive from beautiful beaches. Free parking passes to the area beaches are provided. Located in the town are many attractions including fine shops, antique shops as well as examples of sea-captains homes, the Brick Store Museum, the Taylor-Barry House, the Wedding Cake House. The famous Trolley mueum is just a short distance away. There are five beaches within a short drive from our door: Parsons Beach, Kennebunk Beach, Mother's Beach, Moody Beach, Drake's Island and many more!

Vacation Rental Property

We have 19 units on our property, all of them different from each other in design and decor. The five motel rooms are equipped with two double beds and full baths, refrigerators, air, heat, phone and extended cable service as are all of our units. The six 2 bedroom cottages include some with full cooking and some with microwave efficiencies. One bedroom cottages and suites are microwave efficiencies. All rooms are non-smoking. Our magnificent pool is the magnet that draws a steady stream of return customers. All of our units are located on either side of our own driveway which extends deep into the property and away from highway noise.

Sleeps & # of Bedrooms

Two bedroom units can comfortably accommodate up to six persons. All units have only one bath either a tub/shower combination or a shower stall only. One bedroom units and suites can accommodate up to four adults as can each of the motel units. Cots and cribs are available if required. All units receive daily maid service.

Amenities

All rooms have extended cable tv. Internet access is available from the office on demand. All units have refrigerators, some are microwave efficiencies and others come with ranges or counter-top electric stoves.

Rates are seasonal and depend upon number of adults as well as type of accommodation required. Weekly rates are available.
