We offer an extensive outside garden area for relaxation and a hot tub for a lazy soak after a days sightseeing.

Each of the four rooms has its own large, luxury ensuite. There is a private guest lounge, free wifi internet service and a computer is available for guest use. The atmosphere is welcoming, warm and rich in history.

We offer four beautifully appointed guest bedrooms, decorated with sophisticated refinement and individual in character. Three of the rooms have ensuite bathrooms that offer heated tile floors, New Zealand toiletries, hair dryer, copious fluffy towels and bathrobes, while the other room has luxury (private) bathroom facilities.

Follow signs to the city centre, take the Symonds St Motorway Exit, go straight ahead over Symonds St and Upper Queen St onto Alex Evens Drive, carry on straight ahead into Dominion Rd, keep going along Dominion Rd and turn right into Bellwood Ave (first on the right after the Valley Rd/Walters Rd intersection). We are on the left hand side, on the corner of Bellwood Ave & Marlborough St
