The Grand Tour of Oxfordshire is for recreational cyclists who enjoy fresh air & exercise but also stops for visiting England's tourist attractions, shops, pubs and tea shops.

BeThere-cycling will organise everything for you - equipment, accommodation and luggage transfer...even pick-up at Heathrow if needed.

7 days / 7 nights with 2 rest days.

If time is short, try a 2 day / 2 night tour of Very Old England or scenic and sophisticated Henley and The Chilterns.

Mostly quiet country lanes,off road tracks, minor roads with and without cycle lanes. Some traffic near major towns and cities.

Typical Day

15 - 25 miles between destinations, with options for detours for more sporting. Plenty of time for pub lunches or picnics on route.


Rest days sightseeing in Oxford, visiting ancient monuments, or simply lazing by the river.

Age range, type of group

Adults only - some cycling on cycle lanes along Oxford's busy streets.

Sleeping and meals
