Jugendgaestehaus - charming hostel in Stuttgart

Surrounding Area

The hostel, is located half way down from Stuttgarts landmark, the Television Tower (worlds oldest space needle). Next to the centre of the City of Mercedes and Porsche and just a few minutes away from clubs and shopping malls, we are a well known place with plenty of elbowroom, a multicultural atmosphere and friendly staff. We offer accommodation, meals and counselling for pupils and apprentices staying in Stuttgart. Additionally we're known to have excellent prices for (international) groups, backpackers and for all young and young-at-heart individuals from every continent.

Accommodations

Two residential buildings in a quiet neighbourhood with a large surrounding garden. To easily reach downtown in 15 minutes it takes exactly 475 steps on the famous Stuttgart stairs. Unbeatable competitor for the return up on 360m over sea level: The Yellow tram - # U15

Rooms/Suites

Get rooms with one, two or three beds (no bunkbeds at all are offered) and enjoy the privacy of your own room. There are no shared rooms or dorms available. Depending on prices we have simple, comfort and hotel rooms.

We have our own kitchen offering menu meal at 6 pm on week days (weekends for groups upon demand)

Services Offered

If interested, you may join our volunteering programm, European habitants at the age between 18 and 25 are welcome to apply for working with us under the roof of european voluntary services.
This funding program allows up to one whole year, to volunteer on a pocket money paid way. Accomodation and food is also for free.
You need a sending organisation in your home european country.

Restrictions

Sorry - no pets allowed. No smoking in complet building. Our regular target clients are young people aged 16 - 27. All others interested in accomodation must accept this fact (our youth and hostel orientation) but are welcome to join or book us as well!

Rates & Availability

Rate starts at 19.- Euros per person in doubles. You'll get breakfast and linen included in all rates. Rooms with private bathroom ending at 28,50 €/ person.Triple (three beds) is 2,50 €/person less of regular room rate. You'll add € 2,50 to all rates, when staying only for one single night, or / and booking a single room.

Other Information

2009 Stuttgart offers a new sensation. The Porsche Museum is open and ready to welcome you. If you like sportive cars and car racing, this place is a must!
But don't forget, there is still the other one, Mercedes Museum is always a good choice to explore the history of automobile and just don't believe it! It wasn't in America where the first car was constructed. The idea and the production is and stays in history : STUTTGART

Discounts Offered

Group rates upon demand and interests. Programs for exploring Stuttgart, for educational visits and also touristic offers (sightseeing area, city walks, night owls places,...) may be requested.

Families get reduction depending on age of children. Just ask our friendly staff!
