60 foot ocean going ketch, fully equipped and fitted out for world cruising.

Destinations

The first 6 months will be in the Mediterranean (April to September, mainly the Greek Isles and Turkey, on to Malta, Sicily, Sardinia, Corsica, The Balearics, the Spanish west coast,Tangier, Gibraltar. Then to the Canary Islands in October, crossing the Atlantic from there to be in Grenada or Barbados for Christmas. Cruise the Leeward Isles for 2 or 3 months, in Trinidad for the Mardi Gras, along the Venezuelan coast and islands to Cartagena. From here decisions and timetables will be democratically discussed, the decision may be to spend longer in the Caribbean - or to pass through Panama and over to the Galapagos islands.
There are many further options (even Alaska if all are in favour) before crossing the Pacific for an extended cruise of the South Sea islands. On to Australia and New Zealand, then turning north towrds the China Sea - again many wonderful options - eventually into the Indian Ocean. This sea is well worth a complete, slow circumnavigation, to include Sri Lanka, India, the Maldives, The Seychelles, down to the Comores, Madagascar, perhaps Reunion, over to the east African coast, down to Capetown. From there we could cruise all the way up the east African coast to the Red Sea and eventually back into the Mediterranean.

Typical Day

No such thing as a typical day, every one will be different.

Age range, type of group

Suggested age range is 25 to 65, male or female, singles or couples.

Sleeping and meals

Everything will be included, there will be a permanent cook on board. Cabins will be twins or doubles.

Restrictions

No smoking or pets.

Rates & Availability

All inclusive works out to around $35,000 per annum, but enquire for more detail.
