From the Village House property, you can be at the beach on foot in about 2 minutes - and such a beach it is. Spanish moss hangs off of most ofthe oaks and pines - like a return to the glory days of the old South. High quality shops and restaurants are only a short drive away. All sorts of shops.

Typical Day

The common areas are uncommonly tasteful and well maintained. You can walk to the beach, or put the beach chairs that we keep in the unit in your car and park at the dedicated free parking area just for owner and their guests at Disney beach house. You can have a light lunch on the north deck of the beach house or have a picnic in the picnic area at the beach house.

Age range, type of group

The interior of our condominium apartment has been designed to meet the most discriminating taste as you can see from the pictures. This unit is great for a family with 4 queen size beds and an queen sleeper in the living room.

Sleeping and meals

The pool is in a wooded setting - very pleasing environment. Just across the walking bridge over the lagoon is Alexanders Restaurant and just across the street is the general store. They have the New York Times every morning.

Restrictions

The competitive rates that we offer requires that you take care of the apartment yourself whileyou occupy it, and the maids will clean up after you when you leave. We only allow non sheding dogs and no cats.

No smoking in the unit.

Rates & Availability

In order to keep the premises in top notch condition, we do not allow smoking or pets in the apartment.In addition we ask that you not bring red wine into the unit since it is next to impossible to clean up when spilled.

We book Saturday to Saturday only. Rates range from $695 to 995/week depending on season.
