Villas Xaguar is 45 mts away from the beach, you can swim in this beach, it is very safe and it has white sand, it is beautiful.
Playa del Carmen is a very small town, full of samll deliciuos restaurants, coffees and stores. You can walk to eveything inside Playa del Carmen, the villas, are 10 min away from the town.

Vacation Rental Property

The villas are build in a mediterranean style, they are all surrounded by gardens.
The 2 BR villa: 125 sqm. is in one level, with a full equiped kitchen and a living and dining room wioth a hand made cupola. It has a terrace with view to the sea or to the pool.
The 4 BR villa: 215 sqm. is in 3 levels, in the first level there are 2 br one with a terrace with a table, the 2° level has teh kitchen and the living and dining room with an outside deck. On the 3° level is the master BR with a hand made cupola, a great terrace and a deck, it also has an out side jacuzzi. You have great view from this villa.
The 1 BR: is part of the 4 br villa, it one of the BR on the 1 level, it has a completely separate entrance and terrace, it has a table abd plates.

Sleeps & # of Bedrooms

On the 4 BR villa: sleeps 8. On 2 of the rooms there are 2 full size beds on each and on the other 2 BR there is a king size bed. Each room with its bathroom.

On the 2 BR villa: sleeps 4, 1 BR has full size bed and the other one has 1 king size bed.

On The 1 BR: sleeps 2, there is 1 king size bed.
