1930's 1/2 timbered English Tudor Style Tudor residence with 2 large queen bedrooms and a smaller 4 poster double bed room upstairs. The main house can just provide you just a room with a shared bath or you can have a queen bedroom on the main with the original living room as a sitting room with a single hide-a-bed there and a private 1/2 bath. Thus we can take 1 or 2 people and we can take groups up to 10 people attending Weddings, Graduations, Reunions, as well as families and small grous traveling together work well here as well. If you just need a nice place to sleep we try to make our individual room rates the best deal you will find in Seattle. We will bid for your business for longer stays and larger groups. We love kids and provide toys and videos, hi-chairs, cribs and have a complete kitchen with eating space.

Amenities

Private rooms or your group sharing multiple room spaces give lots of options. Book early to reserve 3/4 or all the house for a group or try us at the last minute and we may have a deal for you, especially in the off season. We can offer a stocked kitchen to make this a home away from home.

No pets and no smoking inside.

Rates & Availability

$50, 60, 65 for rooms and for $150 for up to 6 people in 3/4 of the house. You can add the main floor living room with a single hide-a-bed and a queen bedroom area for another $$75. We are probable the best lodging value in the Downtown and North Seattle area. We will bid for your longer stays and for large groups.

Studios from $395-595, 1brs from $495-750 AND rooms from tiny or basement rooms at $325-375 to the largest and most spacious at $400-485 per month. NO SMOKERS and no pets please.

Directions

From I-5 about 8 minutes North of downtown the 85th Street exit WESTBOUND about 2 minutes to Aurora Avenue and then continue about 1 1/2 blocks uphill and the Guest House is on the right (south) side of the Street at 731 North 85th Street and the suites are down the arched driveway and around to the back of the main house.

If you are booking for a stay in the next 24 hours and we have space available remember to ask for the 25% discount for same day / next day bookings.
