Charlotte Street Cottage is a fully restored 2 story kitchen house, built in 1820, that has the feel of a French country cottage. It is set back from the street behind a brick and ironwork fence on a full acre of gardens and is beautifully landscaped with natural areas, stone patios, young fruit trees, flower beds, 200 year old trees
and a large lawn. There is secure complimentary parking behind an electric gate. The house is in an ideal location, on a beautiful wide tree lined street, in the heart of the historic district.It rents as a single unit and accommodates from one to four people.
