The Yellowstone,world-class blue-ribbon flyfishing River, is
40 feet from your door. The renowned Spring Creeks are less
that five miles upstream. Yellowstone National Park is a
view studded,50:mile drive south through Paradise Valley to
Mammouth Hot Springs, the north entrance to the Park. Bozeman
is 30 to the west. Absaroka Mountain Wilderness trailheads
are just six miles from the Inn. Livingston, a lively Old West town filled with art galleries, theatres, museums, fly-
fishing shops and fine restaurants, is just 5 miles away.
Vacation Rental Property
Our classy cabins were built in 1940 and updated in 2000. They are situated on five beautiful, secluded acres,resting peacefully 40 feet from the Yellowstone River. The cabins are set back 300 feet from the road,and surrounded by mature trees,gardens and 500 feet of riverfront
to meander along or fish. The Absaroka Mountains leap up to the south, Canyon Mt. rises to the west and rock formations climb the ridge to the east.

The interiors have a warm,casual western elegance. Calamity Jane's is accented with fir floors, original artworks and a view from every window.This cabin offers private bath/shower, queen bed, bright kitchen, TV/VCR, telephone and riverside porch with a gas grille.
Annie Oakley's has fir walls and a queen futon in the loft bedroom that reminds some of a tree house. Great views of the Yellowstone and the Absaroka Mountains. Our historic sheepherders wagon is available for extra folks with the cabins. Pantries are stocked with breakfast items, which may be enjoyed on the porches as well as barbecues.
Both cabins and wagon sit a few steps from a fine fishing hole.

The Calamity Jane Cabin has one bedroom, one queen bed, one bathroom

and comfortably sleeps one or two.
The Annie Oakley has one loft bedroom with one queen futon and one single foam mattress. The livingroom area has a single futon couch.
One composting toilet in the cabin full private bath 60 feetaway in
main house. Sleeps 1 to 3 comfortably - possibly 4 if two children.

Park. Head south (left) on Highway 89 South for 3.6 miles.

From Gardiner take Highway 89 South to the north. Just past the 49 mile marker The River Inn sign and property will be
on your right to the east.
