Horseback riding near Jasper. Scenic trail rides on gentle saddle horses from our riding stables located just east of Jasper National Park, a 30 minute drive from Jasper town site.

Fully outfitted back-country packtrips into Willmore Wilderness for sightseeing, fishing and big game hunting.

Typical Day

Hourly, half day and full day guided horse rides, 10 am-6 pm
Twilight Ride 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm (register before 6pm)

Age range, type of group

Safe family adventure. Minimum age of seven years for novice riders.

Larger Group Rates Negotiable. We can accommmodate larger groups, with 10 to 20 riders of all ages and levels of experience. A horse will be selected for you that will match your level of skill and ability.

Sleeping and meals

Athabasca Trip
A four hour excursion (half day trip) with a smokies roast at mid-point picnic spot along the edge of the mighty Athabasca River. Book in advance. $60/person.
Folding Mountain Day Trip
A day spent above tree line on top of Folding Mountain with spectacular scenery in all four directions is an unforgetable experience. Picnic lunch included. Book in advance. 5 hour riding time. $85/person based on group of six riders. 11 am - 5 pm Enjoy a barbeque steak dinner at $10/person at our base camp at the foot of the mountain. Overnight camp available.
Overnight Camping Trips
Fully outfitted, pack trips into Willmore Wilderness. Departing from Rock Lake to Eagle's Nest Pass, weekly August and September. Price range $150 - $185/person/day. Guests supply sleeping bag only. Reservations accepted with 50% deposit payable by cheque or money order, refundable with 30 day cancellation notice less $50 transaction fee. Our prices are negotiable for custom back-country trips of various durations for sightseeing, fishing or hunting. Alberta Professional Outfitter, Licenced "A" guide
