This beachfront home is set in the sand dunes, right on the Pacific Shore. It is located in sunny Southern California's "Hollywood Beach", Oxnard, California, one half hour south of Santa Barbara.

This quiet peninsula has a very large uncrowded beach, and is formed by the Channel Island Yacht Harbor and the Pacific Ocean. The house is fully equipped, including two kitchens, a two-car garage, a washer/dryer, four TVs, two VCRs, gas barbecue, and all cooking accessories.

The beach-house is situated in a very romantic setting, with knock-out sunsets! It is located perpendicular to the terminus of the "breakwater"; so the beach affords safe swimming in the lagoon for young children, with ocean surf a few feet away for adults.


There is a variety of dining on the peninsula, and nightlife is within walking distance. Shopping is plentiful. This area is as beautiful in winter as it is in summer! Enjoy!
