The BVI consists of numerous islands with jewel-coloured beaches and azule seas.
Whispering Soursops on Luck Hill is at 700 feet elevation with fresh breezes year roound. Located in the centre of Tortola overlooking Jost van Dyke and Brewer's Bay. The airport or the ferry-terminal is a half-hour drive, while Brewer's Bay or Cane Garden Bay is only minutes away. Excellent beaches, swimming, snorkelling.
Visit the rainforest in Sage Mountain National Park or the old sugar-mill at Mount Healthy. Shop in Road Town and see the Botanical Gardens.

Vacation Rental Property

You enter the property through a gate with gatehouse. The concrete driveway splits for two privately located buildings. Established tropical plantings shade and surround the lodgings.
Soursop House has two floors. Entrance is through a shaded porch into the lounge joining the fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms with bathrooms are on the same floor as the living room with large covered verandas surrounding it for dining. A third bedroom with full bath is on a lower floor, opening to the front lawn and gardens.


The infinite-edge swimming pool & jacuzzi have stunning views of the surrounding islands.

You enter Passionflower Cottage through a covered dining-veranda.
Spacious living-dining-room with fully eqipped kitchen leads to bedroom and bathroom. French doors open to a large wooden deck overlooking Brewers Bay.

Both buildings are constructed of tropical hardwood, with high ceilings, French doors and windows with brass fastenings.
The furnishings are new and luxurious.
Fine, cotton bedding, bath & beach towells are supplied.

Soursop House:
Master-suit has king-size bed with full bath. Second bedroom has queen-size bed with half-bath. Third bedroom on garden floor has a queen and a double bed with full bath.

Passionflower Cottage:
Bedroom has a king-size bed with full bathroom. Living room has queen-size sofa bed.

Amenities

TV, DVD, VCR, stereo, telephone in both houses. Fast internet access is available.
Both kitchens are equipped with electric fridge/freezer, gas-stove, toaster-oven, blender, microwave, dishwasher etc.
Washer/dryer available.
Barbeque.
All rooms have ceiling-fans.

Low season discount is from May until November.
Weekly rates are:
Soursop House: for 3-4 guests US$3,400or $2.800 low-season.
for 5-6 guests US$3,800 or $3,000 low-season.

Passionflower Cottage:
for 1-2 guests US$ 2,200 or $1,800 low-season.
for 3-4 guests US$ 2,600 or $2,000 low-season.

Both Houses: for 8-10 guests US$6,000 or $4,400 low season.

Directions

Tortola, British Virgin Islands is serviced by Beef Island airport. Connecting flights from San Juan, Puerto Rico are numerous.
St.Thomas, USVI has direct flights from most US cities.
There is a 40 minute scenic ferry ride from St.Thomas to Tortola, West End.
We can arrange for a taxi to pick you up at the airport and a rental car to be delivered to the house for your conveniance.
