Typical Day

Early rise, your tent packed away whilst you have breakfast. You can go for a walk whilst bus is loaded. Travel in airconditioned 10 seat 4WD coach. Stops for morning tea and lunch and photo opportunities.
Pull up for camp mid-afternoon. Light tents, easy to erect. Plenty of time to explore area for photography, birdwatching etc before evening meal. No work rosters.

Age range, type of group

Mature age people, children discouraged. Seniors welcome. This tour travels through some of the most remote and unforgiving regions of Australia, so passenger's health should be robust.

Sleeping and meals

Tents are nylon domes, 8ftx8ftx5ft, 240x240x165. Light and easy to erect, packed away each morning for you.
Sleep is on comfortable inflated mattress with sleeping bag and liner supplied. Mattress is inflated with electric blower.
Most camps are in caravan parks with full amenities, but at least five nights are spent bush camping with no amenities. Final night is in motel in central Perth.

Restrictions

No pets. Strictly no smoking in vehicle.
