Vacation Rental Property

A living room with cable TV, DVD player and fire-place, a dining room for 8 persons, and a fully-equipped kitchen with island, which can be used for breakfast. In the pool area, there is also a shower, a spare toilet, a BBQ. It also includes a large oval table, 2 large umbrellas, chairs and deck-chairs and sunbeds, all made of fine teak. The villa is within walking distance to 'Ta'Dbiegi' crafts village, where you can watch local craftsmen working on their skills, and purchase souvenirs. The property is accredited by Malta Tourist Authority.

Sleeps 8. 4 bedroom villa with private overflow pool and jacuzzi. Country and sea views from pool area and from 3 of its 4 bedrooms. All bedrooms have ensuite bath or showers. Located in a small village. A couple of good restaurants and grocery/meat/vegetable shops are all within walking distance.

Fully equipped with electric cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, elec. kettle, toaster, etc.
Kitchen overlooking pool. A wine rack with various local and imported bottles of wine is available in the dining room.

Services Offered

Towels and linen are provided and changed once weekly. Property is cleaned weekly. Only beach towels are not included.
The property includes safety equipment and emergency lights. All bathrooms/shower rooms have high pressure hot/cold water.

Changeover day is flexible. Normally, departures not later than 12.00 am and arrivals at 16.00. But, these can be arranged with the owners.

Besides this villa, we have other villas which we rent on Gozo.
Dwejra (Inland Sea) is just down the road. Various beaches, sandy and rocky, can be reached within 10 to 15 minutes drive. We can arrange car hire, bicycle hire, and airport transfers. 2 grocery stores and a discount supermarket are within walking distance. The supermarket is open even on Sunday morning. A couple of restaurants are also within walking distance. Others within a few minutes drive. 33% deposit. 33% 8 weeks before arrival, balance on arrival. Deposit and second payment can be paid by bank transfer or credit card.
