New 4 level Colonial private home, 3 rooms, one located on 4th floor private suite, private bath and sitting area. 2nd floor private bath and queen bedroom, plus lower level private suite with private bath, large screen TV, pool table, wet bar, satellite TV, phone in every room. Free local calls/internet. All bedrooms have new furniture, new matteress, new plush beddings, private baths. All are none smoking and no pets. Accept children on a very limited basis.

All rooms are plush with queen beds, phone,TV/VCR/ private baths, all your amentities incluced, all are private, in home movies. Large rooms, quiet, clean and very private home. Rates are $125 per night CHARGE 100 CASH. Higher prices during Special events - Spring Break, Cherry Blossom, etc all rooms all nights are $125.00 plus tax. min stay 2 nights. One night stays are $125 plus tax for all rooms cash only for one night stays.

Credit card to hold reservations, We accept MC,Visa, AX or Cash upon arrival. Cancellation 72 hours in advance. No shows and early departures will be charged entire reserved period. If you do not cancel in time frame you will be charged entire amount for reserved period.
