Neilson is pleased to offer you the opportunity to SCUBA dive in addition to your Surf, Sail & Cycle holidays. Diving with the tuition and supervision of a professional school means that you can relax and explore the underwater world. A great alternative to the more hectic sports on the surface.

All of the diving we use centres are PADI recognised with professional, qualified instructors and modern diving equipment. A full range of packages and courses are offered depending on your level of interest and experience. If you've never been diving before, beginners' introductory dives are available. We also offer a variety of flexible packages for qualified divers including Advanced Open Water Diver and Rescue Diver.


We can arrange introductory dives; day trips from your resort, night dives and PADI courses for you. Either pre-book before departure or wait until you see how you feel in resort. For the diving courses we recommend you book in advance to secure availability.

You don't need to bring any specialist equipment as everything is taken care of for you. A swimsuit, confidence in water and general good health are all you need to explore this exciting new world.

This holiday combines the relaxation of gulet cruising with the fascination of a scuba diving holiday. Living aboard a specially equipped dive gulet we cruise from one stunning dive site to another. During your week aboard we include 2 dives per day for 5 days, a night dive, all your equipment, a PADI qualified instructor and a local dive guide. This package is suitable for divers of all abilities and we can include dive tuition at most levels.

Bitez Dive Club, Turkey
Based at the ever-popular Bitez beach club, we are delighted to offer a new Dive Club package. We combine all of the hotel facilities and social life of our centre with a full pre booked diving programme.

We offer two different dive packages so there is something to suit divers of all skill levels. If you've never been diving before, beginners' introductory dives are available. We also offer a variety of flexible packages for qualified divers including Advanced Open Water Diver and Rescue Diver.

Diving is available in many of our resorts and our flexible approach to all of our activities means that you can choose to do as much or as little diving as you choose. If Diving will form the major part of your holiday you should consider the Turkish dive gulet or the brand new dive club holiday in Bitez.

Bitez Dive Club
A typical day will consist of breakfast at the Bitez club, after which you will join the crew in Bitez. The morning will consist of a dive or theory session with a snack lunch provided aboard the dive boat. The afternoon session will be another dive or further study session. Returning to Bitez in time to relax and exchange experiences around the pool or bar. There may also be time to try your hand at windsurfing.

Age range, type of group

Any age, any type of group. Childrens clubs in most resorts. Children are not allowed on the Dive Gulet holidays.

Sleeping and meals

Most resorts offer a choice of hotel, self catering apartments, pensions.
Some offer meals or just breakfast.

Other Information

The Royal Yachting Association is the UK's governing body of all sailing related sports.

All our sailing centres are RYA recognised, which mean they surpass the recommended standards for
safety, equipment, instruction, facilities and staff ratios following independent inspections every year.

Our instructors are qualified to run courses on yachts, dinghies and windsurfers. Safety on the water is a priority so we always have a lead boat on each flotilla and safety boats in the sailing areas for dinghy and windsurfers.

For your own safety, please be aware of centres only offering RYA qualified instructors. It is important that the centres are also RYA recognised.
