Providing two cottages located on a 63 acre ranch. Each one very private with individual entrance. Both have a two acre pond and spring fed creek. Forested land with a hill top for sunset view. Excellent for weekend getaways from the city or a long vacation.

Vacation Rental Property

Located 5 miles Round Top and 3 miles from Winedale, Texas. Local concerts at Festival Institure. Shakespeare plays in Winedale. Area noted for it's numerous antique shops and festivals. Numerous fine restraunts such as the Brazos Bell, Royer's Round Top Cafe and Lantana.

Sleeps & # of Bedrooms

Cedar Tops has two rooms with (2) twin beds downstars and a queensize bed upstairs in the loft. Sleeps up to 5 persons. Winedale cottage is larger and has the same, but with a sleeper sofa. Both are very tastefully decorated.

Rates & Availability

Cedar Tops Cottage is $125 night per couple and add $25 for each additional person per night. Winedale Cottage is $200 for four person and add $25 for each additional person. Winedale Cottage sleeps up to seven. Children are billed as adults.

Other Information

No smoking in either house, no fires except in cookers and limit is 3 fish per visit. Please throw all small fish back. A 50% deposit is required and balance due seven days prior to arrival. Cancellation within 7 days loose $75.00.
