The Bouldin House B&B is an American Foursquare is the focal point of a once thriving tobacco farm. The home was built by the Bouldin family circa 1910 with the finest materials available in the area at that time. The handcrafting required to build this house is evident in the decoratvie designs of the original oak flooring with its accents of walnut and cherry, the richness of the wainscotting of the hallways and the elaborate oak panelling of the dining room.

Our wrap around porch is the perfect spot on a warm summer day to sip your favorite libation, meet new friend and to watch people traveling to and from work while you relax.

Rooms/Suites

Each of our four guestrooms is wonderfully decorated and appointed with our guests comfort in mind complete with private, modern baths, original fireplaces with unique mantles, and king-size beds. Each room has been decorated differently befitting their names - "Parlor", "Warm Morning", "Weekend Retreat" and "Doctor's Den". We even thought of the little things like extra pillows, iron and ironing board; even a lint roller in the closet.

Internet and fax are available in public areas.Free Wi-Fi service in all guest rooms. Outside gardens for walking and resting. High Point has many five-star restaurants all within 15 minutes of the B&B.

Services Offered

Our early risers will enjoy a coffee/tea service in the dining room by 7 a.m. each morning.

Every evening the hospitality table is set up with hot or cold beverages and home baked goodies from the Bouldin House kitchen.

Restrictions

We can arrange for boarding of your pets at a local grooming facility. Children under 10 will find us boring.
