The Moosehead Lake region is an incredible region for the outdoor person. Activities include but not limited to whitewater rafting, hiking, boating, fishing, canoing, kayaking, snowmobiling, dogsledding, ice fishing, downhill and cross country skiing, incredible fall folage, and the largest concentration of moose in the United States. Moosehead Lake which is the single largest lake within one state east of the Mississippi, is 40 miles long and 20 miles wide. The mountains that suround the lake truly make this region magical.

Main lodge rooms (5) have hand carved 4 poster beds, with fireplace, TV/VCR, sitting room, air-conditioning, jacuzzi-style tubs and sweeping panoramic views of Moosehead Lake and mountains. The "Retreat Suites" provide total intimate privacy. These 16x31 rooms with sunken living room, luxury bath with 2 person jacuzzi-style tubs, and a full wall of french door windows with the grand overlook and all of the comforts listed above.


Newly opened 2-bedroom suite includes double soaking tub, large fireplace in living room, private second floor deck, kitchen and dining room.
