Surrounding Area

Our B&B is located at 25 mn from the race track in Le Mans. There are many castles to visit in the neighbourhood, as well as vineyards, open air markets. You can rent a free licence boat to make a cruise on the river and have a wonderful day visiting the region.

Accommodations

Our B&B can be rent by the bedroom or the full guest house, for one night or several weeks. Our three bedrooms can accomodate up to 9 persons and are all equipped with a complete bathroom. The main room is very much appreciated by families who need to cook and enjoy a holiday house.

Rooms/Suites

The yellow bedroom is equipped with one large bed plus a single bed. The raspberry bedroom has a double bed and the blue bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed plus a single bed.

A computer is available in the main house.

Rates & Availability

The rates are 75 € per room per night, breakfasts and taxes included for 2 during the high season, 65 € during the low season and 99 € for the 24 Hours races (June & July)

We are located at 4 km from Malicorne, direction Sable / Parce on the D8, then , turn right onto the C1 road. Last property on your left before the expressway bridge.
